This webinar, brought to you from The Arc’s Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Prevention Project and The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), is part of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Webinar Series and will confirm the importance of a medical home and its role in working with patients and families. Drs. Matthias and Chasnoff will review the development of comprehensive care plans and present several case studies to demonstrate different approaches to care coordination and co-management.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the key components of a comprehensive care plan for children with FASDs
  • Discuss strategies to communicate with parents/families of children with FASDs
