American Indian/Alaskan Native Youth: "Wellness in Indian Country"

The Native American Center for Excellence in collaboration with the National Congress of American Indians is hosting a two-part webinar series entitled "American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) Youth: "Preparing Young Leaders for a Lifetime of Wellness" for AI/AN youth leaders and youth in Indian Country who are committed to community wellness, balance, and hope for tribal nations.

Part one of this series, entitled "Wellness in Indian Country" will focus on providing youth a national perspective of wellness; discussing the different worldviews between western medicine and indigenous modalities of health, and the different pathways of indigenous wellness currently supporting tribal nations.

Part two of the series, entitled "Leadership, Personal Balance and a Youth Voice for Our Nations" will be held at a date and time yet to be determined.
