Fiscal and Administrative Coordinator
As the fiscal and administrative coordinator for SAMHSA's CAPT Core, Frederique work closely with the fiscal and contract administrator to assist in the coordination of administrative processes within the CAPT and provide support to the Administration and Finance Division on CAPT-related functions to ensure consistency and appropriately allocated costs. She monitors the CAPT spending by providing monthly expense reports and projections to the CAPT to identify over-or-under spending and bring any issues to the attention of management staff. She is also responsible of the quarterly analysis, tracking, reporting and uploading actual expenses into the CAPT Service Database. Frederique works on developing amendments for large subcontracts by reviewing requirements and prepares amendment paperwork and supports the Core staff by scheduling meetings, producing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining project supplies.
Prior to joining SAMHSA's CAPT, Frederique worked two years at the United Nations (UN) as an administrative and finance assistant and five years at the American Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti as an accounts payable specialist. She earned her associates of science degree in business administration (accounting) from Institut National de Gestion et des Hautes Etudes Internationales (INAGHEI) and a secretarial science A.S from Christ the King Bilingual Secretarial School (CKSS) - Port au Prince, Haiti. Frederique is fluent in Creole and French.
