  • Structure of FSM's system
    The Federal States of Micronesia (FSM) system provides support services to all four FSM states' substance abuse and mental health programs in the areas of staff development, client services, funding and other technical assistance. The target is the youth, parents, and general public.
  • FSM's time zone
    One day later than Hawaii, and US Mainland, but six hours earlier than Pacific Standard time, (seven hours earlier during daylight-savings time), for Yap and Chuuk, five hours earlier than Pacific Standard time, (six hours earlier during daylight savings time), for Pohnpei and Kosrae. For example, when it's 6:00 p.m. Monday in San Francisco (Pacific Standard Time), it's Noon on Tuesday in Yap and Chuuk, and 1:00 p.m. in Pohnpei and Kosrae.
