Youth empowerment begins with sharing the power.

| Youth ministers, educators, youth group leaders—those who
are already working with youth. |

| Training Objectives: |
Participants will increase their skill base in order to:
- Develop a process for enhancing youth leadership skills.
- Learn how to understand what the youth substance abuse issues
are in the community and possible effective approaches.
- Support youth in sharing leadership successes and failures of
youth-focused initiatives.

| Socratic. The time is designed for maximum cross-pollination between
participants with the use of small and large group exercises. |
