coordinators, or any others interested in learning how to interpret
and/or comply with the Principles of Effectiveness, the framework
for programs or activities developed in Title IV of No Child Left
Behind. |

- Provide an overview of the Principles of Effectiveness as outlined
in Title IV of No Child Left Behind.
- Describe methods/resources needed to comply with the Principles
of Effectiveness.
