Evaluation: Design and Implementation of Youth Development Programs (From the Ground Up)

Target Audience:
If you are writing a grant and/or implementing a youth development/prevention program, this workshop is for you. This workshop will cover the entire process of implementing a youth development/prevention program. The training is broken down into 4 modules or training objectives.
 
Training Objectives:
Module 1:
Building a Case for Working with Youth on Issues and Initial Research
Module 2:
Building Program Infrastructure and Local Political and Institutional Alliances
Module 3:
Program Implementation/Motivating Youth/Effective Stimulus and Incentive Methods
Module 4:
Maintaining Momentum and Evaluation Methods
Format:
Physical activity (low-mid energy), lecture/discussion, group activities

Time Frame:
4–5 hours
