Peggy Jones — Event Planner/Travel Coordinator

Peggy Jones is the Event Planner/Travel Coordinator for the Southeast CAPT. She provides event logistics including travel, lodging and meeting venues, and the negotiation of government rates or special discounts on all purchases. She maintains several purchasing accounts, keeps travel budget records, and orders supplies for all staff. As a former business owner/manager of a full service graphics and printing company, Peggy has thirty-five years of experience in graphic design and typesetting. She is knowledgeable in all phases of office management: procurement, purchasing, finance, accounts receivable/payable, computer bookkeeping systems, customer relations, sales, production, all major software programs, and the maintenance and repair of both Macs and PCs. While operating the printing business, Peggy also served as the administrator/manager of a Christian recording company, where she handled general business affairs, bookings, travel, accommodations, and procurement of equipment for an internationally known classical musician, and other recording artists located throughout the country.
