Carmen Fulton-Fox — Project Fiscal Management

Carmen Fulton-Fox oversees the fiscal management of CSAP's Southeast CAPT. In addition, she is responsible for administering and coordinating the PIRE-Louisville center operations. Among other responsibilities, Ms. Fulton-Fox manages budgets and supervises grant proposals, assists the Center Director by monitoring contracts to ensure compliance terms, oversees the accounting function of the Institute, processes payroll preparation, and directs facility space management and planning activities. Prior to coming to PIRE, she served as the Director/Education Coordinator for the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District. As such, her main duties were developing and implementing programs with community leaders and the public to achieve goals set by Dearborn County officials for their 20-year Solid Waste Plan. She is currently completing a degree in Business Management at Indiana University.
