There are other sources of questionnaires as well. Questionnaire anthologies can be found in university libraries. The research literature on substance abuse also contains questionnaires developed to explore particular issues or used with specific types of people. Always check to see whether the questionnaire is copyrighted and, if so, if you are required to pay a fee for its use.
