This document contains information Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG) State and community grantees can use to select and implement environmental strategies to prevent and reduce substance abuse. The document was prepared by Kristianna Pettibone, PhD, Shelly Kowalczyk, MSPH, and Linnea Laestadius of The MayaTech Corporation; with assistance from: Jessica Nargiso, MA, Community Research and Services Team, University of Rhode Island; and Molly Smith, Robert Orwin, PhD, and Rebecca Buchanan, PhD, of Westat.
