Central Resource Team

Tehout Selameab is the Service to Science (STS) Lead for the Central Resource Team. Tehout is responsible for organizing the delivery of training and technical assistance (T/TA) to programs participating in the STS Initiative. She leads a team of evaluation experts who assist local program directors, developers, and evaluators in documenting the effectiveness of their prevention programs. She also provides direct TA to several locally-developed programs. She has extensive and broad experience in providing technical assistance to clients in the design of evaluation studies responsive to their needs, the development of appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative survey instruments, and the management of evaluation studies.

Tehout is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey Institute of Public Policy, and holds a masters degree in policy analysis and a minor in evaluation studies.
