Shannon Greer

As Information Technology (IT) Specialist for the Southeast Resource Team, Shannon is responsible for supporting communications with technology and providing IT support for team members. He has more than 10 years of experience in computer maintenance and network engineering, including working with networks running Linux, Netware, and Microsoft servers, and has managed systems for school districts, private businesses, and nonprofit organizations. A graduate of the University of Mississippi’s Computer Science Program, Shannon is Security Plus Certified, a Certified Netware Administrator, a Cisco Certified Network Professional and a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
