Robert Tolu

As Financial Manager for SAMHSA's CAPT contract, Robert is responsible for monitoring the budget, projecting future costs, payment of invoices, and other responsibilities. Robert is a graduate of Harvard University and has been with Education Development Center, Inc., for the past seven years, serving as Grants Manager in Sponsored Programs and Center Financial Manager in the Center for Science Education.
