As administrative assistant for the CAPT West Resource Team (WRT), Renee is responsible for creating, processing and submitting independent contractor agreements, temporary hire documents, purchase orders, payroll forms, and invoices for payment, including the reconciliation of university purchasing cards. Renee also coordinates all travel arrangements for WRT staff. Renee is also responsible for taking minutes, maintaining project supplies, and assisting with facilitation of CAPT WRT webinars. Prior to joining CAPT WRT, Renee worked for Intel Corporation as the administrative assistant for the Engineering Department of Tool Install. Renee also worked for the New Mexico Association of Counties as the executive liaison/certified paralegal. In that position, she researched and prepared testimonies in unison with the National Association of Counties Legislative Department and as the certified document control and records retention specialist, she archived all records in accordance with state and federal laws.
