Randi Viola

As Project Coordinator / Research Assistant for SAMHSA’s CAPT Core, Randi provides a range of support to the Service to Science Initiative. Much of her time is spent on implementing and monitoring subcontracts, maintaining multiple databases, conducting research and literature reviews, preparing webinars and presentations, and writing and editing internal and external communications, among other responsibilities. Prior to joining SAMHSA's CAPT, Randi worked for a civil engineering firm in Florida, managing the bidding process for new projects, overseeing client and sub-consultant contracts, and providing other project assistance. Randi earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
