As a Research Assistant for SAMHSA’s CAPT, Nikita helps develop written products, interactive online courses, and other communication materials to meet the needs of grantees as they implement the Strategic Prevention Framework. Prior to joining SAMHSA’s CAPT, Nikita worked as a research assistant within EDC for the National Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention, where she developed communications materials, assisted with website maintenance, and aided in the planning and delivery of Webinars.
Nikita previously worked as a research assistant for Harvard School of Public Health and as a teaching assistant for college-level courses in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Nikita earned a M.A. in Gender/Cultural Studies from Simmons College and a B.A. in Women’s Studies from Wellesley College.
