Johnette Ellis

Johnette is responsible for fiscal management, reporting, monitoring, and coordination of the Southwest Resource Team budget. She provides guidance on budgetary issues to the Coordinator and Resource Team staff and prepares the monthly Southwest Resource Team invoice. In addition, she serves on the Management Team for the Southwest Prevention Center, developing policies and procedures for carrying out its mission. She also serves as a member of the proposal-writing team.

Johnette has 19 years of experience in fiscal management. She also has a background in conference coordination and planning at both the State and national levels. She was involved in planning and coordinating the National Prevention Network Research Conference from 1996 through 2002 and continued to operate the on-site conference registration process until 2008. Johnette earned her B.A. in sociology from the University of Oklahoma.
