Janet Freimuth

Janet oversees SAMHSA's CAPT contract and related sub-contracts to ensure budgetary compliance. She is also responsible for designing and implementing the CAPT contract management software, ManagePro.

Janet has extensive experience working in education and behavioral health, in both the non- and for-profit arenas, for a variety of federal, State, and private funders and agencies. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Robert Morris University, an M.S. in education from Connecticut State University, and Graduate Studies in special education from Boston University.
