Enforcement: A Strategy for Prevention PractitionersTarget Audience: State-level and community-level prevention practitioners with an interest in enforcement and the best ways you might go about learning how to use enforcement. This workshop is appropriate for participants with a basic level of expertise in this area. Training
Objectives: Participants will be able to: Format of Training: This training explores the following topics: Enforcement strategies for retailers, compliance checks, server training, penalties and fine, enforcement strategies for youth, zero tolerance, use and lose laws, fines and tickets, cops in shops, false identifications, enforcement strategies for the community, community advocacy, nuisance abatement, combining enforcement with other strategies, specific actions communities can take.
