Audioconferences

The Northeast CAPT offers a series of audio conferences designed to provide practitioners with the information and tools needed to implement effective substance abuse prevention programs. Specifically, these events are intended to do the following:
  • Increase participants knowledge of substance abuse prevention models
    and approaches



  • Identify the skills, resources and tools participants need in implementing model substance abuse prevention approaches



  • Increase participant's awareness of the benefits and challenges in implementing prevention models



  • Promote information sharing



  • Provide technical assistance to conference participants

There is no charge for participation, but pre-registration is required.

This series is supported by the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention.
