David M. Costanzo
David M. Costanzo is the
technology manager at CSAP's Northeast CAPT. He is responsible for
managing the information technology components of the CAPT project and
product development. He also manages the CAPT website and related electronic
tools and assists with the design and management of CAPT online courses.
Mr. Costanzo also delivers trainings on electronic methods for staff, funders
and local, state, regional and national practitioners.
Mr. Costanzo has extensive experience in website design and development
in companies ranging in size from start-up to several hundred employees.
He has been managing and consulting in the technology industry for over
20 years. Mr. Costanzo received his degree in Client/Server programming
and web development from Clark University, Framingham, MA in 1998. He
also received a degree in business and finance from Fisher College, Boston,
MA in 1989.
