Chuck Klevgaard
Chuck Klevgaard, BSW, joined EDC in September 2008 as TA Specialist for the GRAA. Prior to that, he was the Prevention Coordinator for the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health where he participated on the SPF-SIG management team and facilitates the Massachusetts epidemiological work group. He has been a CAPT Associate for seven years and has developed an expertise in working with States on strategic planning and on a variety of topics including coalition building, social marketing, and sustainability. He has extensive experience providing T/TA to States and local grantees on behalf of MIPH, which operates the Central CAPT. Mr. Klevgaard was the Project Coordinator for the Cambridge Prevention Coalition, a block grant-funded project implementing the Communities Mobilizing for Change, an environmental strategies-focused model program.
