The Grants to Reduce Alcohol Abuse (GRAA) Program is a 3-year grant program funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools.  GRAA funds go directly to school districts to provide effective programming and strategies aimed at reducing alcohol use among secondary school students.
