Addressing Behavioral Health Disparities throughout the SPF: Successes and Challenges

Join other PFS II and PFS 2013 grantees to share effective approaches to using data on substance abuse-related health disparities to guide prevention planning. Participants will also share successes and challenges to incorporating health disparities data throughout the SPF process.

  • Re-energizing State Epidemiological Work Groups, including consultation on membership, organizational procedures, and establishing short- and long-term goals

  • Enhancing Evidence-based Work Groups, including guidance on determining levels of evidence and supporting sub-recipients in developing logic models and selecting strategies
  • Preparing states to deliver TA to high-need communities
