Communities often develop sub-state epidemiological profiles, or “community profiles” to synthesize and share substance abuse and relevant behavioral health data for sub-populations within a given state or jurisdiction. This resource highlights some key components of successful profiles, accompanied by selected examples.
Few states have embarked on a systemic evaluation of the training and technical assistance (T/TA) they deliver to support local prevention efforts. This workshop offered state prevention leaders hands-on opportunities to develop customized plans for evaluating the quality—and ultimately, the impact—of the T/TA they provide.
