This toolkit contains tools and materials designed to support the work of State Epidemiological Workgroups, as they work to: (1) develop State- and community-level epidemiological profiles; (2) establish prevention priorities; (3) adequately allocate resources to address prevention priorities; (4) develop data-monitoring systems for substance abuse prevention; and (5) begin considering how best to sustaining their work after SAMHSA/CSAP funding has ended.
