As the Financial Assistant/Administrative Assistant for the Southwest Resource Team, Theresa is responsible for maintaining more than 13 separate financial accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing internal budget reports, processing invoices for payment, preparing and tracking Independent Contractor Agreements and Service Agreements, preparing and tracking account budget modifications and realignments, routing and tracking requisition justification forms, verifying payroll entry, tracking and ordering supplies, and answering and routing incoming phone calls.
Theresa brings over 17 years of financial/bookkeeping experience to her position. Before joining the Southwest Resource Team, she was the bookkeeper for a multi-store Oklahoma based retail company, where she was responsible for all financial activity. She also served in the accounts payable position for a national and international livestock company.
