Financial Administrative Coordinator
As the Financial Administrative Coordinator for SAMHSA's CAPT Core, Frederique supports the Administrative Team in overseeing budgetary spending including analyzing activities, quarterly analysis, tracking and reporting. She also supports the Core staff by scheduling meetings, producing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining project supplies. Frederique is responsible for monitoring the Vendor Consulting Agreement system for CAPT services. She works closely with vendors, subcontractors and EDC’s administration and finance department to create contracts and assure that payments are made in a timely matter.
Prior to joining SAMHSA's CAPT, Frederique worked two years at the United Nations (UN) as an administrative and finance assistant and five years at the American Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti as an accounts payable specialist. She earned her Associates of Science degree in business administration (accounting) from Institut National de Gestion et des Hautes Etudes Internationales (INAGHEI) and a Secretarial Science A.S from Christ the King Bilingual Secretarial School (CKSS)- Port au Prince, Haiti. Frederique is fluent in Creole and French.
