As a project assistant for SAMHSA's CAPT Core, Colleen provides administrative support to all Core staff and also provides support to members of SAMHSA's CAPT’s multiple regional and functional teams. Colleen focuses most of her time on event planning and meeting logistics, as well as supporting the training and technical assistance process. She is also the main administrative support for the Minority HIV/AIDS Initiative. Before joining SAMHSA's CAPT, Colleen owned and operated a Boston-based courier business serving engineering companies throughout New England. She earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Maine.
