Moving Up the Scale—Service To Science: Strengthening and
Demonstrating Your Program’s Evidence Based Workshop
Are you seeking to demonstrate the effectiveness of your innovative program to your community and your funders? This workshop will review the elements of effective program development to assure that you are on the road to effectiveness and are documenting all your successes. The importance of program theory will be discussed and participants will receive coaching in logic model development and developing an evaluation plan specific to their program. SAMHSA’s National Registry of Effective Programs and Policies draft review criteria will be discussed as examples of elements for strengthening program and evaluation planning.
