I have identified a evidence-based program that I would like to implement in my community. How can I receive training on implementing this program?

In response to the need of the Single State Authorities (SSAs) in the northeast region for affordable model programs training, CSAP's Northeast CAPT, in partnership with model program developers and SSAs, has created a regional cadre of master trainers able to deliver local and regional, site-based implementation trainings on selected model programs. The SSAs in the northeast region will be able to draw upon this cadre in order to meet the implementation needs of its constituency. The development of this cadre of trainers is a key component of CSAP's Northeast CAPT's Model Programs Dissemination Initiative.
The Northeast CAPT is currently able to offer implementation trainings on the following model programs:

If you are interested in scheduling implementation trainings for one of these programs please contact the SSA liaison in your state at http://www.captus.samhsa.gov/northeast/resources/state_resources/single_state_agencies.cfm

If you are implementing any other science-based program approved by a federal agency, then visit the Northeast CAPT's Database of Effective Prevention Programs http://www.hhd.org/capt/default.asp. Here you will find information about your program including contact details for the program developer. The developer will be able to tell you the costs and availability of implementation training.
