Clients

Each regional CAPT works with a variety of clients within its region. Priority clients for all CAPTs are States/Jurisdictions with State Incentive Grants (SIGs), including Strategic Prevention Framework SIGs and their active sub-recipients.

Individual CAPTs also provide services to additional client groups, including:

• Department of Education's Grants to Reduce Alcohol Abuse grantees
• Department of Justice's Weed and Seed sites
• CSAP grant programs to prevent and reduce the use of ecstasy and other club drugs, as well as methamphetamine and inhalants
• CSAP grants programs designated as Congressional earmarks
